MAAP Testing Schedule

State Testing Tips of Parents!
- Encourage Good Sleep Habits
Ensure that your child gets at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
- Ensure your student(s) arrive on time
Students need to arrive to the school by 7:55.
- Promote a positive attitude
Encourage confidence and remind them to do their best.
- Celebrate their efforts
Praise their hard work and progress
- Avoid scheduling appointments
Try not to schedule doctor or other appointments during testing days
- Limit screen time
Reduce distractions the night before testing
- Use positive affirmations
Teach your child to stay things like, “I am ready for this test” or “I will do my best!”
- Attendance Matters!!
